Pictures are not accurate! I specifically chose an apartment that showed a dining room table and a loft. I was placed in a completely different apartment that didn't have either. Two of the beds are in the living room, which has decorative spot lights that don't turn off; making it impossible to sleep. They even have a sign that warns against covering them up (as people must be trying to do in order to get the room dark enough to sleep). The only bathroom is in the master bedroom and has a glass door- so it lacks privacy. The street below is very busy and surprisingly noisy until after 3am.
Additionally, the owner is refusing to return our property to us. My brother forgot an item in the room. We realized this within 30 minutes of check-out and immediately messaged the property asking if we could go back to the apartment at any time that day and retrieve it. They replied to us and said that they "thanked us for a good review and would let us know IF we could retrieve our property". I had not made a review yet, but messaged again asking for a time to go back and pick up the item. They never replied back to the message or answered any of my phone calls. I'm assuming that the message meant that they would only give us back our items of we left a positive review; I have waited almost 24 hours to get a response from the property, but haven't heard back (probably because I didn't review yet).
Overall, I would urge caution. Apartment is not comfortable and service is lacking.
