"We stayed for 6 days, there was no housekeeping to change towels or sheets. The floors needed a sweeping but there were no cleaning supplies or brooms. Our unit had a washing machine but no dryer. The list of amenities say there is an espresso machine but there was only a kettle. Only hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathroom, no other toiletries. The front staff only spoke Italian and the online contact did not provide any assistance after several emails asking for a...

"A lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need. Communication was excellent. A private transfer from and to the airport organised by the agents was seamless. The location was perfect as we were attending the rugby game at the Stadio Olimpico. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again without hesitation."

"Location was a bit further from city center than we thought but had grocery store nearby which was nice. Bathroom was very small and toilet needed servicing since needed much priming to flush and also tended to run after flushing. Need more towels for a week stay. Overall good value for price and answered many questions prior to visit and liked that they set up private transport to and from airport."
