Hotel right in centre. Classic feel to it. Stayed in Barristers Suite. A really nice contemporary comfortable suite. Great food. Same menu in three of their restaurants but they have different themes. We used the spa and had the best massage from anywhere in the world. Highly recommended

A cheerful friendly crew make this a very welcoming hotel. Complimentary hot food and drink early evening was a real bonus. And breakfast was good too!

The staff were super friendly and very willing to help, the hotel is really nice and the views of the mountains are breathtaking

Unique, authentic place in the middle of the forest in Idaho. The true mountain experience. Very friendly staff, nice cabins. Very good restaurant with generous portions. Must see/stay! *****

Fantastic

Excellent location, close to everything in Banff. Excellent staff and great facilities with a really good breakfast. Brilliant stay, would recommend

I was very impressed with the breakfast room staff who worked tirelessly to keep the place clean and well stocked up. However, I must mention Shen who was so helpful and attentive, there was nothing too much trouble for her. What an asset for the hotel. If I was to make a suggestion,...

Great staff, loads of options and amenities.
