Centennial Hotel Spokane

"The check in process was awful. Once you got to the clerk he was wonderful. So it was not the staff, it was the management of the staff. Check in time was at 4:00. We arrived at 5:15 there were about seven people in front of us, one clerk. by the time we made it to the counter there were 15 to 20 people in the line. It was a festival weekend so lots of people in town. Two employees came into the area, no one helped they stood at the front desk talking while 15 people waited in line. Totally unacceptable."
Lake Louise Inn

"The deluxe suite was nice but we never used the balcony. It was nice to look out the courtyard instead seeing other guests walk by the windows. I loved the soaps. Staff at breakfast were very kind, helpful and timely. Staff at the front desk were helpful, nice and kind. It was great for them to help me print something easily and with grace. We had a great stay. We never made it to the pool or workout areas but it was nice to know they were there."
Otter Hotel

"Just felt mid. Everything was clean. Some stuff in the room was in not the best repair. Everything worked but paint, shower sealing were below average. Wife and I both found the bed lacking. Had a great view but give you balcony chairs that are little better then plastic lawn chairs and don't want to sit on them more then 5 minutes. View was good. But can be noisy. Staff were excellent. They really made the stay for us. They were helpful. We had a little complaint about timing of house keeping. Just wish it was a consistent time 1day it was not till after noon another very early so we missed it. I have no doubt they wouldn't have come of we called but not something I want to hang done. Hot pools where nice if not amazing. They gave us a bus pass for the week for route 1 which was a bonus Restaurants in the otter and next door canoe (Sister hotel) Was good and good value. The main reason we are giving the score we are is the value over all. It just didn't feel like like it was worth it. Everything was good or fine (minus the staff they are great). We could have stayed in one of the cheap apartments right next door and got the same view, same restaurants. Just missing out on the pool and bus pass which we could do both for a nominal fee to do anyway. If you like the hotel experience this will work. Want to save a bit, other options are available that get you 90% of the benefits. Overall thank you Otter hotel for having us and we hope this helps someone make a choice."

"Nakitah, Alicia, Sebastian and Jack were amazing and so helpful! They really go above and beyond to ensure a positive and enjoyable stay for all the patrons. I highly recommend the Banff Rocky Mountain Resort for your next stay!! Thanks again so much. Especially to Jack for taking my dog for a walk while I was in the hospital. You guys made our experience amazing!"

"Great hotel with a very nice restaurant. I have stayed at this hotel since 2015 when I was a student at Gonzaga. I have never been disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, clean rooms and the complimentary wine and coffee. If you're traveling and need a place to stay, consider Ruby River Hotel, a hidden treaseure of a serene, yet lively atmosphere."
