Had no issues was very clean for my stop over used hotel for catching the calafirnia zepher the next day from emeryville amtrake station just over 10 mins away only negative was the price of food in the hotel apart from that everything was good

Room was clean, staff we’re really helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was great… The hotel’s location really worked for us as we had to travel into San Francisco (train station is 2 blocks/5min walk away) and also visit family in Oakland. Overall, a great hotel👍

Housekeeping staff were amazing, super friendly and so helpful, rooms absolutely spotless, huge shower room in Rm 202 2nd floor, right next to elevator. Fab room as we had loads of cases & bags. Prime location, we actually walked to Ghiardelli square and Fisherman's Wharf from there, used Waymos quite a lot they were super fun 😁 The only con I have is for some unkown reason in San Francisco, folks like to roar about on motorbikes from about 7pm-12am ish and from our room, quite loud,...

We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and clean spacious room

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. The hotel is perfectly located for the tram stop (get there...
