I loved how close it was to the beach, literally a few steps. The only thing I didn't like (and this is minor) was that there was someone above me stomping around at all hours.

Not happy in Rockaway
It was not completely as described. Also, there is NO sound barrier between units, especially from above. If I had known that it was a downstairs unit, I would not have reserved it. The only thing going for it is that it is almost right on the beach, even if you can't see the sand and barely the sunsets from the door.
