The check in was super smooth, the check out pleasant. The room was very clean. A little word in spots but clean. We came up to Rochester for the eclipse and there a gift bag in the room with 2 pairs of glasses, snacks and glow sticks. Which was really really nice.

Truth be told, the hotel was able to have the hot tub/spa amenities fixed, however we were initially disappointed with it being out of service. I also noticed a charge to my credit card after checking out. Not sure why, we left the hotel clean, with all garbage and towels organized and easy for service to pick up and clean.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms. Pool wasn’t super clean the following day after multiple people in it, it’s also a very small pool so difficult to swim freely or use the smaller hot tub. But overall, great hotel if it isn’t super booked. Would stay again.

The fire alarm went off 2x and there was no fire and we lost sleep we asked for a refund or discount and was to told by the in house manager i had to wait to talk to her till she was done. And there was a gas leak.

When we decided to stay another night due to bad weather, we were told it would cost $109. My card was charged $150. When checking out, i stood at the desk for over 10 mins and nobody came out. A food server walked by and asked if anyone has come out, i advised no, she asked if i was checking out, i advised yes, she wrote my room number down on a sticky note and said she would pass it along. That made me feel uneasy, so while i was on the road, i called hotel to make sure i was checked out, and immediately when lady answered, i was asked to hold. I did finally get my answer, but not impressed by customer service at all.

Bathroom is extremely small. Heat didn’t work tub was clogged which caused rised-water. When I requested a different room, front desk attendant was rude and condescending.

Staff came in each day to clean the room and was nice to come back to the room seeing it clean as if we walked in the first time. The front desk staff was very friendly and kind. The pool/hot tub area was clean as well
