"Great location and extremely spacious rooms for Tokyo. The hotel is very walkable and conveniently located about a 5–10 minute walk from multiple train stations. It’s situated right next to a stadium/dome, so it’s not a quiet area—there are often crowds lining up for concerts or events. But, inside of the room, it’s really quiet.Staff was attentive and quick. They helped unlock our room. We had both forgotten our keys inside of the room. The rooms were the most spacious we’ve ever stayed in Tokyo, comparable to standard American-size hotel rooms, which was a huge plus. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—honestly some of the best I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. We stayed on the premium level floors, which gave us access to the premium dining floor. That experience was excellent and definitely worth it. However, we also tried breakfast at the main buffet floor once, and I would not recommend it if you can avoid it. It felt very chaotic—not due to the staff, who were doing their best, but because of the crowd and a general lack of dining etiquette among guests. It was more of a “free-for-all” atmosphere. If your room includes access to the premium dining floors, I highly recommend using those instead. If not, and the buffet is your only option, it’s manageable—but just be prepared for a busy and crowded experience. Overall, fantastic rooms, outstanding comfort, and a very convenient location, especially if you don’t mind a lively, stadium-area environment."

"Was very impressed by the convenient central location to Shinjuku Station. Also impressed by the excellent housekeeping staff and efficient use of space of my standard double room. It had everything I needed for my 3-night stay. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations for the room size. Our room could easily accommodate four pieces of luggage. I didn’t know the hotel provided free room service, and this is very convenient when you are going out every day and coming back to the hotel with shopping. I don’t think they served breakfast, but they have a café literally next door. The wifi was high-speed, you could also spend the night working if you’re remote. They supply you with water every day and clean towels. The temple is literally 5 minutes from the hotel, and Asakusa Station is 10 minutes away. The only thing that was a bit challenging was the laundry room, there’s only 3 machines, and it takes about 1-3 hours for a cycle to complete (wash and dry in the same machine), luckily, there’s a laundry mat open 24 hours about 2 blocks away, so it wasn’t much of a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would book again on my next visit."
