"There's staff to welcome and orientate us upon arrival. And since it's a large hotel with 3 buildings, the staff briefed us and walked us to the building where our room was. Nice breakfast and we have 3 onsens to choose from! It's also conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive to the main sights at Gero. "
"Stay was good, very little options for dinner. We went up during the off season so I’m not sure what to expect during peak times. Staff very friendly. "
