"We got a double room and it was really small, uncomfortably small for my partner, I and 2 year old son. They probably shouldn’t offer it for family with kids. Despite the room being very small, it had all you would need, but we found it very uncomfortable and that is the reason for our rating. Nonetheless the facilities were very good with free laundry and lovely onsen, free drinks and lots of complimentary items to use during your stay. It’s location is amazing too very close to the station. Staff is lovely and helpful. I would stay again in a bigger room. "

"Helpful staff, good breakfast, good air con & really comfy beds in a good sized room for Tokyo. Otsuka, where the hotel is, is only 20mins by train to Shibuya - and a 2mins walk to Otsuka station (on the Yamamote Line). It’s well worth being slightly further away to get a more sensibly priced hotel. "

"We really liked this hotel! There were 3 of us, and we each got the single small rooms, but they worked great for just 1 person. It was super clean with a daily refresh of amenities (room service too, if you ask). The breakfast was fantastic and worth it! It had a mix of cultures and very allergy friendly (especially major 7 allergens)! It also was a perfect location in Otsuka, right near train station and had a bunch of shops/dining! All the staff was lovely and helpful! So friendly! I didn’t make it to the spa, but the screens said it was busy, so it must’ve been good for heavy traffic Would def recommend! Also very handicap accessible!"

"Great breakfast, very compact room but clean. Helpful staff and excellent sento spa. Laundry facilities an added bonus when packing light. Good location for transport. Not a fan of the hard Japanese style pillows but there are softer ones available from the front desk."

"The staff were amazing, the complimentary breakfast was great to get our day started without delay, having laundry available definitely helped us the day prior to our departure, and the area around the hotel has a lot to explore as well being 10 minutes away from a trains station that even connects to Narita Airport.
