Perfect location!! Right next to a 7-Eleven, very close to the train station and located close to several very nice bakery's. No breakfast on site BUT the place (DOOROUT) is right around the corner and the breakfast sandwiches were excellent. Room was extremely clean and well thought out. Staff was outstanding. Highly recommend!!

APA Ayase is so convenient, close to Ayase station and convenient for trips into more week known parts of Tokyo. It’s also right next to a bigger 7-11. The staff are very professional, thanks for making my stay enjoyable
