I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at a hotel booked through hotel.com. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I arrived at the hotel only to discover that my reservation had been inexplicably cancelled and given to other guests without any prior notification. This has resulted in a significant waste of my time and money. Furthermore, I was deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and inexperienced communication exhibited by the receptionist.

Old hotel without any changes since years as everything looks old Furniture is having cracks and the carpets are having dirty spots, the safe was broken and no one was available for any service.

Great location, very helpful stuff, reception team very nice , AC isn’t working probably, noise from Toilet & plumbing system , TV and receiver signal very bad & isn’t working probably at all ( u can consider no TV channels in ur room ) , Bussiness rooms are very big & comfort but with no street view , window is closed and u can’t open
