Every staff member was so pleasant and helpful. The resort felt luxurious and relaxing, and had everything we needed on site. The day pass for the spa was also great. "There was a mix up on their end and we ended up getting moved to a different location. It was a place to stay, very dated. Broken refrigerator handle, heating system did not work. And cold water in shower also didn’t work. More like a college apartment and should not be called luxury. We were glad they at least had a place for us to stay but wouldn’t stay again. "
