"After not getting the room that was advertised; when I wanted to speak to a manager at check out, I was told there was not one to speak with. When asked for a phone number, I was not given one as well."

"Parking was a mess due to the snow/ice. Room was excellent. The hotel was being renovated so furniture was everywhere. Elevator on entry was not working."

"The staff and hotel were great. The bed was pretty hard but that’s a personal preference. Our problem was the guest across the hall that were extremely loud the entire night. We couldn’t sleep and actually got moved to a different room at 3am. "
