"Room was comfortable, plenty of room to move around. It was clean, staff were great and breakfast was fantastic. Laundry and ice were well kept, no issues! The only thing I saw that needed attention was the courtyard. Needs some sprucing up."

"We have stayed here 3 times...it's right around the corner from the historic Mission Inn. We go for the holiday fun and festival of lights at the Inn, but the rooms there are dark and small, and expensive. The Hyatt rooms are large, comfy and the beds are great. Only complaint is street noise; if you can, book a room away from the street, as the windows let a lot of noise into the room."
