It cause some delays, but eventually we were “upgraded” to a room with the same accommodations that I paid for. My reservation also came with complimentary breakfast, but charged me $32, and it ended up being stale muffins and coffee. Overall, fine for one night, but it’s not on my list to go to again."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel bed was super comfortable, parking was a breeze and the front desk was helpful. One small complaint I had was the TV. Sometimes it would short in and out for a few seconds. Another small complaint was the shades for the window. I love having a little sunlight come in but I felt the shade going up and down was inconsistent to my liking. Overall the stay was great. I love the location as it’s close to downtown Newport. It was great for the cost too! I will definitely stay there again."
