"Breakfast was nothing special they have the same thing everyday, the staff that serves at the breakfast are so bothered to be there at 9 Sharp if you still eating you'll see them looking at you telling you with their eyes u need to leave, one time I was drinking coffee the server asked are you still watching TV when I looked at her confused like why ur asking me when you guys have the TV on all day and she turned it off."

"Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena she didnt know or offer to help us this hotel was less then 10 minutes away from the arena. The hallways stunk."

"Ez check-in, w/friendly staff (who also provided a courtesy toothpaste on request). Great buffet selection. All in all, precisely what one would expect for a reasonable price. Not luxe, but not lacking in any necessary area. I find IHG properties in general to be this way."

"I stayed in a room with a king size bed and sofa with a second tv. The room looked new and felt clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I did enjoy the complimentary breakfast each day. The staff were very friendly and courteous. "
