O hotel estava em reforma, motivo pelo qual havia muito barulho e sujeira. A equipe de atendimento, por outro lado, foi bastante prestativa e amigável.

Muito bom, TV enorme.

Hotel bom, a localização bem no centro, mas é meio perigoso por ter muito morador de rua em volta. Quarto bacana, acesso legal, TV enorme, mas café da manhã a desejar em alguns aspectos.

O hotel tem uma excelente estrutura, um bom café da manhã e os funcionários muito atenciosos. Porém encontrei duas baratas no quarto e a toalha de banho me foi entregue na recepção no momento do check-in, sem embalagem alguma, muita falta de higiene.

Os voos que partem de Rio Branco são no período noturno. Contudo, o hotel não negocia um late check out, cobrando diaria inteira para o hospede que desejar permanecer por mais algumas horas, mesmo com vagas no quarto. O atendimento é frio e péssimo e o serviço deixar a desejar pois não oferecem nem toalha de mão ou rosto nos quartos. Café da manhã pobre. Não há nem ovos para os hospedes. Somente se pedir.

Friendly, courteous staff. Rooms are simple, but kept clean. TV reception is iffy - no reception during rainstorms. Breakfast is diverse and good "IF" you get there early. Many items run out quickly and are not replaced. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but some improvements could be made.

Entretanto, apenas um detalhe, como serviço de restaurante, que constava na descrição do hotel, mas apenas para alguns tipos de reservas, mas da forma que estava no anúncio indicava que o Hotel apresentava este serviço permanente. Fazer esta atualização para que alguns hospedes não tenham esse imprevisto como tive. Do mais, acomodação perfeita, desde o café da manhã, até serviço de limpeza do quarto.

Todas as vezes que venho a Rio Branco, me hospedo neste hotel. Tem uma excelente relação custo-benefício, a localização é ótima, os quartos são confortáveis, com arrumação diária impecável, os atendentes são muito gentis, e o café da manhã é excelente, do nível de hotéis mais caros. Parabéns!

PÉSSIMO HOTEL!!! Ruim em todos os sentidos

Péssimo hotel! o mal atendimento que começou desde a chegada e durou até a partida! Café da manhã péssimo que não tem sequer ovo mexido, o quarto é barulhento pois fica próximo a avenida. quarto com cheiro ruim. O chuveiro elétrico estava QUEIMADOOO. Inúmero fatores que me fizeram ter uma péssima experiência. Não recomendo nem para o inimigo.

Ótima localização e custo-benefício

O Hotel tem uma equipe que proporciona um ótimo atendimento, com ambiente agradável e aspecto de novo. O Ar-condicionado e sistemas do banheiro funcionam adequadamente sem trazer contratempos. A limpeza pode melhorar, mas caso seja necessário solicitar alguma arrumação adicional, a equipe sempre se mostra disposta.
