Comid lid was not fixed properly. But overall we liked the ambience. And the most beautiful part is that you can see the beautiful view of Kanchenjunga from your rooms. Thanks. "

"Its a beautiful, nostalgic throwback to a colonial India hillstation. Darjeeling is wonderful and this hotel has memories, from the posters and photis on the walls, of life back when. I stayed in the Tenzing Norgay block, with old somewhat faded photos of the great man along every inch of corridor. But not everything works...some of the lights, the bedsheets dont fit, the towels are worn. None of that distracted me from the historic atmosphere of old time luxury. The afternoon tea was great, as were all meals. And staff exceptional."
