Staff were superb; a member of the party experienced a bad fall – without prompting, the staff did everything to make the remainder of our stay as comfortable as possible. "The hotel gave us the room we didn't book for. The reservation manager took our money for deposit but returned only half because he spent it. If we would have got the room that we booked for it would have been nice ig. The hotel location is good. "
