"Dirty/Stained Sheets. Old Toothpaste found on Mirror and Sink, once checked in. Smoky Smell."

"Stayed for an overnight college visit. It was adequate for what we needed, but definitely showed signs of wear. Things were falling off in our room, lights didn’t all work, and just appeared less-than-stellar in many areas. For the price we paid, I'm not going to hold it to higher standards. We paid for a 3-star hotel, got a 3-star stay."

"Very disappointed with this hotel, especially with such a high rating which steered me to book this place. The evening staff was very rude. The morning staff was very nice. The breakfest was horrible. The bed was comfortable but they had worn-out and stained towels, which to me is disgusting. I am definitely crossing off this hotel during my future travels. "

"Charli the front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty."

"If I wasnt exhausted, I would have stayed somewhere else. Very ru down, dirty, old musty smell, broken drawers water damaged end tables and table tops, dirty shower. Didnt want to put my bare feet imon the carpet. Nothing good to say at all. And, I dont believe it is staffed very well. No one at the front desk, just a sign. I would never go back here "

"The AC did not work, gave us the wrong which lead to someone trying to come into our room at 3:30 in the morning. The next day our key cards did not work so had to get that fixed. Told them about the AC and they said someone would work on it but didn’t seem like they did. The second night temps dropped which made the room cooler but comes to find out there was a gap between the window and until which had a big amount of cold air from the outside come into the room. Very disappointed this stay compared to last year. Will not be returning. "

"Every one is entitled to their own opinion and here goes my: For what we are paying it's more than enough. It's right next to the main highway. My room did have hot water yet I didn't take a shower. Yes room had bugs(Lady Bugs), yes the hotel has an horrible smell of cigarettes. Ac worked great. I was able to get a yogurt in the morning during my check out. Staff is great and they're doing what they can with that they have. It isn't their fault owners don't want to invest in the property."
