Lovely room. Excellent condition. Excellent staff

This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking...

Perfect place to stay if you need to spend an overnight in Jo’burg. Amazing massage too.

Have stayed here so many times and will again. They are busy with some building work but this was kept to day hours. Wonderful atmosphere. Changes made to hotel so far looks stunning. Staff were magnificent! rooms spacious, clean and we had a wonderful view from our patio. Wonderful and safe location. Only wish the gym would be updated and maybe given separate location from spa.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the whole place seemed to be set up for guests comfort. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
