"Everything was good except at the check-in, the person at the reception did not seem to have much experience. We asked him several questions about the hotel and services and he was unable to provide any answer. He kept saying "I do not know" but never says, let me me find out or anything like that."

"Athough I would stay here again there were several things that were so strange to me as someone who spends many nights on the road. We visited from Florida and arrived after lunch time to check on the status of our room. Although our room was ready, I was told it would be an early check in with a $40 fee. I declined and they told me that if I came back in a little while, it would be a $20 fee. Seriously? My room was ready. I was also told I could not sit by the pool while I waited (even though I guess no one would have known and no one was out there) Instead I drove around Fairfield until check-in time. Second, as an early riser when arriving for the breakfast a little before 7:00, I was told that the lobby was closed and would not open until breakfast. There is plenty of lobby seating separate from the breakfast that should have been accessible. One person who really stood out, however, was Angelica at the front desk. She first helped me over the phone a few days before my arrival so that my 2 separate reservations could be combined and I would not have to change rooms. She was so friendly and helpful that I remembered her voice when I met her at the front desk during my stay!"
