The place was grossly overpriced. I stayed there to attend important business meetings and the place had no iron and ironing board, just a steamer, which is a poor substitute. I was lucky to arrive prior to 8 pm and was assisted by an excellent front desk attendant because my electronic door key was coded to 115, not 115A as the email stated. My colleague arrived at 9:00 and the front desk closes at 8:00. He would never have found his room had I not been there. The 24/7 virtual concierge is useless. Stupid little expresso coffee machine was comical. This place is a gong show.

Beautiful modern accommodation! Convenient for overnighting before flying out YVR. Cell reception is poor in the area. Also had trouble finding the email with my access code, and then had to call guest services to reactivate the code, which took a few tries, so I highly recommend taking a screen shot of your access code so you have it handy and with no issue when arriving at the hotel.
