"This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Very easy to access, clean and spacious rooms, well appointed with everything we needed. We had a car and had easy access to parking. Very short ride to A5 and walking distance to all the sites in old town Heidelberg. 100% would stay there again."

I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude. "Very clean appartement. But note that details on hotel.com are incorrect!! There are no toiletries in the bathroom apart from hand soap and there are no oven and microwave oven in the kitchen. The photos correctly show that these are not there. "
