if you are looking for a place to stay that is near heidelberg but not inside the city, look no further. we have stayed in other hotels of the area and leonardo ladenburg is by far the best option. easily 4+ star level rooms and facilities with a kind and attentive service.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at, and the best Leonardo. Excellent service across many small but important details. Cosy room and comfortable bed. Nice entrance lounge and friendly professional staff. Free parking and a really nice old town nearby; if you enjoy biking there are many pathways along the canal and through and around Ladenburg. We will happily return!

One staff person was quite nice and helpful. The others ranged from aloof to rudely dismissive. Dining staff need to improve hygiene awareness. They tolerated hand picking through cheese, meat and breads by some of the guests. There usually were dogs in the dining room and some of the staff would go from petting back to food and dishes handing. A couple of the dogs weren't clean.

There wasnt enough lights the room is very so dark hard to moving arround , The Chef at the buffet is yelled me at infront of the public telling me that not to use the Toaster ,, and the waiter verifying at the front desk if we did paid and or add on the room booking . we are humiliated ,why dont they check at the front desk instead of us ..

Small bed and aircon not working

I booked a double bed for me and my child. The bed was very small and the mattress hard. On top of that, they put us on the third floor, where the aircon is loud and doesn’t work.

Checked in at 22:30 local time, for an advertised 4* hotel with restaurant, bar AND room service I arrived to find that there was NO food being served onsite AT ALL! The only snacks available were from a vending machine and there was nothing stocked in the mini bar.

In der Badewanne ist das Duschen sehr schwer. Es kommt viel Wasser raus. Wir mussten Handtücher auf dem Boden legen. Die Glaswand war zu klein und auch leider undicht. Sonst gute Lage und gutes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal.

Super Hotel!

Mit kleiner netter Bar und Restaurant. Super Frühstück. Ruhige saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank Bahnhof auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt auch für Geschäftsreisende. Manche Gäste sollten mal den Parkassi einschalten - Führerschein im Lotto gewonnen - Zwischen den Linien, nicht auf den Linien.
