The hotel is beautiful and in a great location near the city centre. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, if we come back to Heidelberg this is where we shall stay !

Lovely hotel in the most beautiful town on the German wine route. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, beautiful spa and the most amazing breakfast buffet! Breakfast is until 11.00h so you can really make the most of it. The overall atmosphere is lovely, calm and relaxed. Would definitely visit again!

Excellent inner city location, comfy beds, lovely breakfast. Only thing missing were tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel is great but would be nice if they had more activities for children. The airline is so creative with small gifts for kids when you board a plane they could try and extend that in some way to the hotel experience.

Clean room, nice bar, friendly staff

We were travelling with our dog and in the hottest weather , the air con was a mazing, the room huge and fabulous bed , very comfy. The staff were lovely. The bar was great and the gentleman who made my cocktails was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again. A short wall to a lovely park and loads of shops an restaurants. Room was spotless, bed lovely , shower amazing. I had a fridge and coffee machine.

Nice rooms, comfy bed and bathroom had a great shower. I would choose again.

A great trip in all. Thank you

Excellent friendly service. Very nice room with air conditioning. Beautiful gardens.

A little gem in Speyer, especially appreciated the little self service coffee bar

Stylish hotel with modern furnishings, an emphasis on quality and Eco friendliness. Good sized room with the most comfortable bed in history according to my wife. Funky mood lighting, sensual to the touch bed linen and a shower of supreme power and heat. A pavement front restaurant serving a dinner of 5 star quality with crisp refreshing local wine. After a restful night the breakfast beckoned with every imaginable food available from incredible local sausages to naturally sweet fresh...

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff and the room was perfect for our needs. A little damage as the coat hooks were falling off the wall but everything else was superb. Car park expensive but no choice and would prefer to have the €50 deposit taken in cash etc so you get it back immediately instead of 3-5 days.

Clean room, accessible kitchen, but unfortunately the tv didn’t work.

Spotless room, friendly staff, great experience!
