"The only problem was no disabled toilet on the ground floor. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The biggest bonus was being so close to the main attractions"

"This is a very welcome hotel which is conveniently located a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute tram ride from the city centre. The street it is located on is a pleasant working street, containing plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. The other end of the street, Chlodwigplatz is a busy hive of activity which is well worth visiting on foot. The tram network will get you everywhere in any event."

"We arrived later in the evening and the original desk was kind and helpful. She advised that we could enter using a keypad on the side entrance if the door was locked and the night clerk was away from his desk. Well, when we came back, the code did not work. The clerk was at his desk but refused to open the door when we knocked! Got in when another guest came back and let us enter."
