"Check in staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant where we ate some traditional Lappish dishes."

"We had a lovely view of the river and the room was mostly clean. The dishwasher had dishes in it but they were clean so we emptied it. Also our patio had an ashtray full of cigarettes and some empty beer cans but we called an they came to clean it. Our bathroom door wouldn't lock (the second door that led to a hallway) and so they looked the outside hallway door for us to make us feel safer. They said we had nothing to worry about, that the area was safe but I had two small kids and the idea of access to our cabin by anyone was definitely not okay. We ended up wedging a mop against a chair and against the door to lock it when we weren't there or sleeping. The advantage of them locking the outside door was that we had the sauna to ourselves which was lovely. I would say its a great space for 4 but the upstairs loft space has a very low ceiling so it is really more ideal for kids and not for anyone that might be a bit claustrophobic. Overall, friendly staff, great little bar on property with delicious food and perfect 2 night stay while meeting Santa."

"The fridge was very well stocked with quality foods. The location was central. There is a storage area to safely store your bags if you arrive before check-in or need storage after you check-out. We used the storage both times. The storage room also has a facility to change, in private."

"Great location - just out of the city, but close enough to taxi. Comfortable rooms (especially loved the sauna in our room!) and great breakfast. Also able to do a great nature walk with the kids just outside our front door!"

"This was one of the most amazing experiences. I stay in hotels a lot for work and this by far was one of the best I’ve ever been in. The breakfast is world class. So many different options and so many healthy foods to eat. Everything tasted amazing. From pancakes to sausage to eggs to hard boiled eggs to yogurt, rice pudding, so many different kinds of coffees, blueberry juice, and all of the amazing breads. You will not go hungry. The staff was a delight to work with. They have robes and slippers in the room, heated floors and blackout curtains. The bed was called a double but it was bigger than a king. My two kids slept on the pullout couch. The Nespresso machine was a delight in the morning."
