"The check in was a bit not too smooth. After pressing the pass code, the front still not open (after 5 pm). Lucky a European man (guest) open the door for us and even show us how to get to our room. The room was big and cozy, the kitchen was well equip. Overall, I love this apartment as it is so near to Lordi Square and Santa Village. We took Uber (€19) for 3 person and it only 15 min ride. "

"The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly from when we first dropped our bags off to when we left. our flight got cancelled out of rovaniemi and the staff were accommodating and let us store our luggage in the room and stay on the lobby whilst we waited. Would recommend to anyone coming to rovaniemi! "

"We booked the Jaa - the Ice room. Everything was good - room was clean, kitchenware and toiletries were of good quality (Marimekko, Rituals) and housekeeping staff were friendly. Location also good - bus stop to the SCV was just 2mins’ walk and lots of food options nearby. This is important if you want to minimise walking in the cold. Our room was facing a construction site but we didn’t hear much noise so no issue. Breakfast spread was fine, although we don’t eat reindeer salami. "
