"Walking distance location to Tongli old town was great. Unfortunately, hotel showing age and rooms not as clean as expected. It would also be nice if families were separated from non-families - the hallway was like daycare on Friday night."

"Loved my stay! Location is great and offers easy access walking to the canals and gardens. “Jack” and his wife were so amazing and a highlight of the visit. I highly recommend a stay overnight in Tongli to experience the market, canals, gardens and locals in the morning before all the tours arrive and in the evening after they’ve all left for the day."

"Excellent stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the service was warm and professional. I travel frequently and truly appreciate the consistent hospitality from the Marriott team. Thank you, and I look forward to staying with you again"

"good, staff were nice and helpful"

"The staff there are very friendly and always helpful. I had a very nice stay there for my business trip. "

"Location was a little bit faraway from downtown."

"Everything is new and clean"

"Nice property next to a beautiful lake yet convenient to the city. Helpfull staff, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast buffet. A great place to stay when visiting Suzhou."

"Very quite and nice! "

"Beautiful view"

"Spent 6 nights here as it was ideally convenient for my stay. I did have some trepidation before arriving as this was my first time in China and Suzhou. Staff were helpful and breakfast worked. The room was clean and quiet, I did take some of the advice and got a higher room. Wifi was not good, but I had access during the day so this was a non issue for me. Laundry was a 2 day service, I think, as this is how long it took to get back to me...all in all good value for money. I would stay again...
