Staff are very friendly and helpful - good choice at breakfast - we had an evening meal in the restaurant that we felt was over priced for the quality. "Starting the morning of arrival, Carla communicated all of the check-in details via email and text (super helpful) and was on-hand for any queries which was great when it came to parking. There is a Spar directly opposite and a Co-op at the bottom of the road in case you needed anything. Accommodation itself and facilities were exactly as described- very clean, spacious and relaxing, with a super comfortable bed. Extremely central location perfect for access to the train station, 8 minute drive to the Eden Project and about 5 minutes to the beach. Great set-up and would highly recommend!"

"Lovely night stop over,the room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for your stay,although slightly dated it is an old property and the furnishings fitted in with the age of the property. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good . Good value for money. If you want a place to stay for a quick stop over and easy access for places to see in Cornwall then it’s great."
