"Clean rooms. Super soft bed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast."

"Beds were very confortable and was very nice to have a kitchen, specially when traveling with family for sports. Furniture definitely needs to be upgraded, sofa and chair in living room area definitely need to be cleaned. Our shower towels were stained, requested to get clean ones but there was no room service, had to go to front desk to get them, which was a little inconvenient being front desk was in a whole different building."

"We’ve stayed here multiple times and last night was the worst bed!! It appears that the mattress wasn’t on a box spring so it almost felt like it would fall through the frame and it was WAY too soft! "

"The hotel is fine, but I likely will not recommend. The room was clean, the staff is nice. My issue is the room itself. I stayed in #602 and I suggest management try out that room for the night to see what I mean. The room window faces a garage that has BRIGHT lights on all night. It wouldn't be an issue if the blackout blinds actually blocked out the light. There are also two VERY BRIGHT green lights between the beds, under the side table that add to the light in the room at night. Add that to the blinking green light on the wall. I didn't sleep well for both nights we were there. There is also damage in the hardwood floors between the beds that we kept stepping on. And an electrical issue with the tall lamp, it would randomly turn off, then on, then off, then on... we joked it was haunted. Lastly the shower curtain - it's too short for the rod and the curtain kept popping open on both sides so there was no privacy. We wanted to like this hotel but sadly we didn't. Maybe we just had the worst room in the hotel, who knows. "

"Breakfast was great. Hotel seemed cleaned. Didn’t like that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom to use while taking a shower or the lack of lighting in the rooms. Also there was an extra 50 dollar charge when we checked in that wasn’t included in the booking price, on top of paying for parking each day."

"I had a great stay. The whole place and facilities were amazing. I really loved it and would definitely come back again."

"The experience was horrible. The room was filthy and occupied. When I went in. I didn’t stay at the hotel. I tried to get a refund however Expedia would not honor it. I’m very disappointed in Expedia as well as the hotel. I wasted my time and money for a room that had a person staying in it"

"Only 1 of 3 elevators were functional. Everytime we needed one, we waited for it to go up and down mulitple times before we could get on. Another guest said he's been staying there off and on for 6 months and they haven't worked the whole time he's been there. The pool was also closed our entire stay. Not worth the high price given these things. We won't be back. "
