"Have travelled to Bali since 1989 and Sri Phala reminds me of what Bali was like when I first arrived, in every good way. The accomodation is old school Bali, spacious and quiet. I would recommend that villas at the rear of the property, away from the main room, but everywhere in the complex is lovely. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Would def stay at Sir Phala again. "

"I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Santhi and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The property was unclean and poorly maintained, with visible mold and cockroaches in multiple areas. "This hotel is very nice and has a studio"esque" about the rooms, every component of the hotel is extremely clean and very new. The reception staff have poor English but are very helpful. The hotel pool is based within the courtyard of rooms and is too very nice. A couple of downers about this hotel is the smell when you turn the shower and other taps on, it's as if the hotel isn't quite properly finished, the stench of the sewers is horrific. The breakfast is basic and Indonesian but I guess...
