"Great location. Staff was nice. The check-in process was WRETCHED! We are still dealing with weird charges on our end. I had a friend arrive before me and they wouldn’t let her check in. Then when we got it straightened the charger her cc for amenities. Just a clunky process. "

"This property didn’t look anything like the pictures online. It desperately needs to be remodeled. The front desk didn’t have clean towels to hand out. The staff during breakfast was very friendly and helpful."

"We had mold in the bathroom in 215 and mold on the curtains in 221. They did move room 215 to another room and changed out the curtains in 221, BUT these things should have been caught by house beeping. Room 203, the bathroom fan did not work and the light kept flickering. Also, the lamp by the couch did not work."
