"Arrived after 13 hour drive ordeal and they couldn’t find my booking despite having paid I full. Was then made to pay another £300/night to secure two twins room for us four, not even next door to each other. Also told the kitchen closes at 11 for room service, yet they closed at 10.30 so we’re lot even able to order proper food after a whole day of driving "

"Room was great for our needs but check in was stressful as machine & voice couldn’t find our booking originally. Electric charger didn’t work"
