Awesome rooms, staff and roof terrace bar

Firstly the staff are superb! Super helpful and extremely kind. The concierge, Benjamin was such a pro and made sure we had all we needed. Arranged a fantastic tour and lunch for us and I was sad to be unable to say think you again in person.

Great place for a stopover or a relaxing day. The property is clean, well-maintained and conveniently located, making it an ideal place to break up a long journey. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes the stay even more pleasant. We stayed here both on our way to Austria and again on our return journey to the UK. Would happily recommend it!

From the moment Ann & I arrived we could not have been better treated. No notification had been made by me of my birthday, it was picked up from my booking. A very welcome & unexpected upgrade of room , followed by a complimentary bottle of champagne Were a remarkable start to a superb stay. Perhaps the most remarkable was being invited to tour the kitchen & watch it operating as service was provided, a true privilege.

We had such a wonderful time at this guest house. We felt like we were at home with family. Highly recommend! Great value for money and we will definitely come back !

Excellent hotel, we wasn't expecting such a good hotel, the room was a lovely size with a queen size bed, table and chairs, a coffee making machine and also kettle, tea, coffee, milk and it's own little sink, a full size separate shower and also bath, a separate toilet, it was only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the centre depending on how quick you walk, but if you find it too much of a walk they have got a courtesy car which operates on certain nights of the week which will take you into the...

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel impressed as soon as we walked through the doors with friendly staff and welcoming feel. Check in was smooth and the roon was fabulous. The air con made it a comfortable stay (it was 30+ degrees outside) and, even though it was on a main road, there was no traffic noise at all. The food in the restaurant was excellent from breakfast through to dinner and the choice and quality was consistent. The pool was very clean and well maintained...

Such a lovely stay in a lovely place. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted and treated with kindness by all staff. The room was a great size for two adults with luggage. The hotel was in a fab location, only a short walk away from lots of restaurants and bars.

The owner, Eric, was extremely helpful. Location of the apartment was great, very central and in a nice quiet residential street. Generously equipped kitchen.

Great location to see the city and for access to facilities easy to reach by car. Nice and clean but need to fix odd things

Found it very surprise and plesant stay with comfort in centre of Reims. as it is good location and easy 20min walk to Clin festival (Deaf festival). I will defo book this hotel in two years time
