Make sure you check at the reception the pictures that you saw before booking for that room are same. We booked an executive room which was higher on payment but got a different room which was smaller. We showed the pictures of booking but still argumentative. The manager Armand was not helpful. Tried to force to accept that room or find accomodation else where. Terrible manager. Should work in hostility industry rather than hospitality. Was seen vaping standing inside the hotel entrance door with heavy smoke coming inside. A different room was eventually given after asking for more money which we decilned which had dirty bathroom . Photos taken. Spider crawled out of bin. A/C was of poor quality with no draft coming out. photos taken. Night staff were relatively helpful.

Coming from Canada, I would not consider this hotel to fully meet the five-star standard as advertised. That said, the housekeeping team is truly exceptional and deserves special recognition for their professionalism and attention to detail.
