"10/10 hotel in an amazing location. Patrick and Tom and Lovely Chinese girl (I can’t remember her name) made our stay so much more than it could have been. We had a few issues with our room which they wonderfully rectified and they took such good care of us. Rooms were great (request one that is facing the courtyard) and typical Paris small but bigger than most. Location amazing. We 1000% would stay at Victoria Palace again and not just because of the rooms and location - the people made the biggest difference. 11/10"

"Your rating system only shows 4 or 5 stars and I'd give it a 4.5! We had a little issue with dampness in our room (I think the previous visitor caused some carpet flooding), which was instantly remedied as they changed our room. As for the hotel, the inner front courtyard and back courtyard/garden were a delightful retreat. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and delicious breads and baked goods. However, the shining stars of this hotel are the wonderful staff who were so welcoming, personable, helpful, accommodating and professional. This was such a positive experience, and if we stay in this area of Paris again we'd most definitely return to the Villa Modigliani. Once again, thank-you so much to the staff."

"Room was not cleaned one of the days (last day out of 6). Sink was completely clogged up. While taking shower water leaked through the door and completely wetted floor. Coffee cups were never cleaned. No tea or coffee, no sugar or cream in the room. No instructions for how to get drinking water. Request Expedia to ask hotel for partial refund."
