"My stay was amazing ! I chose Hotel Rehoboth for it's warmth, personality, and location. The occasion was for my wife's 60th birthday. Breakfast was included, delicious, hot, cook-to-order breakfast and a convenient shuttle to beach. The staff was amazing. It felt like we were visiting relatives. "Cons: We had a partial ocean view However, it was blocked by pine trees, so you couldn't even see it. There were plenty of rooms that had an Ocean view available, but we were not offered that option. Even when though I asked about it. There was only one chair on the balcony, so both of us couldn't sit out there at the same time. Even if we had two chairs, the balcony was extremely small so we would've barely fit anyhow. "We stayed while looking at homes for sale in the area. Hotel was very nice. Some construction going on at property. The room we were staying in backed up to where workers had equipment, a bit disruptive in morning. Sign to Hotel needs to be larger. Missed entrance at first because of the signage. "
