"An excellent property, good location, we took a bus from the train station to property, then took a boat to Portofino. Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property."

Breakfast was a delight, with fresh fruit and veggies, perfect portions and honey from the property. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful during the stay. "It is a cozy, cute hotel tucked in the beautiful hills of Camogli. The room was clean and came with snacks and a coffee maker in it. The hotel provided fresh focaccia every morning. Staff was friendly and spoke English which was a plus for us as we don't speak Italian. "

"So rarely do you actually get a 5 start hotel that actually lives up to that accolade, but this one does. Room and property was beautiful, breakfast and bar lovely but the staff throughout excelled and actually made the 5 star service you would expect. From check in, to bar staff, restaurant and room maids everyone made you feel welcomed with so many little extras to spoil you and make your stay that little bit more special. Truly an excellent stay. Thank you so much."
"This is a fantastic hotel, close to everything. Very hip and stylish lobby and outdoor lounge. The only thing that could improve is the hot tub was cold and we could not get it to heat up but we would highly recommend this property when visiting Santa Margherita ligure."
