"We stayed here the night before our cruise. We were told there is a free shuttle from the airport, just call when we land. The front desk gal simply said “there is no shuttle available tonight.” Wouldn’t even give an explanation as to why. I feel she was very unprofessional. So, we paid $25 for a Lyft from the airport to the hotel. They have a service to easily book a for-pay shuttle to the cruise port. Do that when you arrive. The King with a couch bed is extremely spacious. The bathroom is large and the shower is huge for a hotel shower. Very clean room. The on-site restaurant has pretty good, basic food fare. We had cheeseburgers and fries that were very tasty and the service was excellent. Free breakfast was pretty good. Continental plus eggs, meats and fruits. A decent value for the area. Only real complaint was the airport shuttle issue."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The property is clearly in need of significant renovation. From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor—like a mix of mold and heavy air freshener attempting to mask it. the room felt damp! One of the biggest issues was the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it difficult to properly rinse off. On top of that, the water never got hot—only lukewarm at best! "

"Good and prompt service, coffee and tea complimentary 24 hours, complimentary breakfast, some food items are available for charge outside of breakfast hours, room was nice and clean. The only con that I can note is that light from the window can't be completely blocked during the night time which may bother some guests. "

"Nice room, nice area. The pillows were too soft. The pool was nice but the hot tub didn’t work. Breakfast was very expensive. Went to McDonalds across the street and payed a lot less then we would have there. Would stay there again."

"Shuttle was good. The gentleman was there in plenty of enough time for us to get to the airport safely and in a timely matter and sorry I did not get a chance to have breakfast had an early flight maybe the next time when I’m in Fort Lauderdale."
