"My stays were amazing, because from the hosting company to the staff, I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and hospitality. After staying at another hotel in Tamarac where I encountered blatant discourtesy and dismissive attitudes from the manager, this was a breath of fresh air. "

"Check in was fast, easy, & the clerk was fun. Room was clean, comfy & spacious enough Denny’s is about the only option if you do not have a car. Hotel Breakfast was aweful!! At 7:30am the counter was about bare, crew could not keep up with the demand & there was not enough tables to accommodate the guests. Complimentary Transportation from the airport was timely and easy. Pay transportation the hotel arranges for Cruise guests was $15 pp (a little steep) but timely and efficient. "

"Airport shuttle is not used for pickups, which unfortunately was not mentioned when I called both before reservation and before arriva to confirm there was shuttle service. I had to find other travel when I arrived to the airport and called for pickup"

"Our room was not available as we went there from our cruise ship , we really weren’t expecting to get our room tjen , but we waited in the lobby and it was mass caos of families waiting to be transported to their ship, so it was super noisy !"

"Much older facility and located off the main area. We just needed a bed for early flight next day. Met our needs but not sure I would stay for extended period of time. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well too. No food on site but close to area where there were lots of restaurants."
