"Returning customer having stayed here last July. It's still very new in great condition. Everything in the room worked. Simple. Functional. Clean. Bathroom shower worked well. Water heat control is good. Water pressure is the same low pressure as other more expensive motels or hotels. It's best for those with a car. Came to Ithaca last time by bus and used Uber, which can take a long time from Springwater Inn. Will be my first choice next time I visit Cornell."

Checked in after 5 and our room still was not ready. Room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals when we finally got a room. None of the outlets in the room worked. The beds were comfortable."
