"Clean room, inviting staff. "

"The hotel itself is very nice. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Check in is 4 pm but we did not get our room until 6 pm. They said they were full the night before and booked the night we checked in. They did give us complimentary breakfast vouchers due to the issue. The hotel is in walking distance to everything in downtown Ithaca which is great. "
