"Family trip that was splendid"

"The Commerce Casino was well priced and parking wasn't too bad. My room was very spacious, and it's the biggest hotel room I've honestly ever been in. Staff were friendly and there was a bar and restaurant in the lobby. "

"This place barely qualifies as a hotel. The room felt dirty from the moment we walked in. The sheets were covered in visible stains and didn’t look fresh or properly washed. There were random spots and marks all over, which made it really uncomfortable to even think about sleeping in that bed. The mattress cover and quilt weren’t any better, with discoloration and patchy marks that made everything feel unhygienic. The towels were bad, old, worn out, and shedding lint everywhere every time we used them. On top of that, the noise was terrible. Every time someone upstairs flushed the toilet, it sounded like a waterfall in our room, making it hard to rest. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay and I wouldn’t recommend it."

"Had a great experience all around seriously every single staff member didnt matter who they all genuinely had a smile and seemed to enjoy there job. Des in the front desk was especially helpful helped us out multiple times and took care of things with no hassle giving us great info while still maintaining her respectful demeanor would 10/10 recommend anyone thinking about booking with them an easy yes. The restrooms were a pretty cool design huge showers."

"The room was ok, the bed was hard. The room was on the third floor in front of the main road. I couldn’t sleep with all the loud traffic noise and the lights from outside came through the windows. My opinion they need to get black out drapes not some blinds that barely cover the outside lights. The walls are thin as you can hear the people next door basically having intimacy. Also some random man who was drunk walked into the property and was bothering us. I would not stay here if you need a good night sleep."
