David and Janet make travellers welcome and comfortable from the start and are willing to assist and go beyond what one would expect. The rooms are tasteful and clean; the grounds superb and meals excellent. St Day has a small grocer nearby and The Star Hotel within walking distance for evening meals at reasonable prices. A wonderful stay all round. The test is always: would you stay again: Absolutely!!

Great find
What a lovely little fine, and right in the village where my family live. I stayed in the Shepherd's hut, which was more than adequately fitted with a double gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery, and cutlery for two people. Even had a caffitier which was great, so at least I got to have delicious coffee every day. The shower room is compact, but with a good size shower cubicle. There is aslo a lovely little decked area with an outdoor table and chairs for fair weather days. I will definitely be staying here again.

First class B & B in Cornwall
Exceptional B&B where every detail had been thought of. Excellent breakfasts with lovely home made produce. Very clean and comfortable with friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly owners. Limited on site parking. Pretty and upgraded room, but a bit small. Lovely breakfast cooked on order with also buffet type items. Not much around, but central location to explore the region.

Well worth staying here.
Amazing stay, David and Janet make you feel at home. We have stayed with them before and would recommend the Cedars as a short or long stay. Nothing is to much trouble.

A very clean, tidy, quiet and friendly place to stay. The food at breakfast is cooked to order and is just perfect. This is the second time we have stayed here and would not hesitate to stay again.

First class B & B
Janet and David were lovely hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were wonderful and consisted of local or homemade produce which was excellent. The Cedars B & B was very clean throughout with a relaxing garden and on-site parking. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Fantastic property with great hosts.
Lovely old property, with great hosts. Well decorated rooms with nice touches to make it exceptional. Good local pub at the beginning of the village with really good food.

I don’t know where to begin... I’ve stayed in B&B’s all over the United Kingdom but I’ve got to say I’ve never been to anything like this one. I absolutely loved my stay! The room was immaculate. The bed was by far the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the breakfast was amazing! You couldn’t meet a nicer couple that own the place too.. make you feel very welcomed from the start. There no where else in Cornwall I’d rather stay.

We had amazing stay at the Cedars B B.David &Janet were perfect host .we were made very welcome nothing was to much.The family room was of a very high standard as was the rest of the B B.The breakfast was perfect plenty of choices. Plus good safe parking. Highly recommended.

Second time we've stayed and continue to be impressed. Janet and David are excellent hosts, given ours was a Christmas stay they still made us feel very welcome and looked after us exceptionally. The room was spotless and we'll looked after, breakfast was great too with loads of choice. I would highly recommend anyone staying at the Cedars

Lovely greeting and owners were really polite and friendly. The family room we had provided us plenty of space for all of us and our luggage. We had a small walk around in the evening and the local area was lovely and peaceful. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely B&B in a quiet village close to the A30. The owners are delightful and very helpful. The breakfast room looks on to the back garden complete with ducks. Our room had plenty of space for 3 adults. It was a great stay
