"The property was very cute. Thr staff was professional and always helpful. It was in a great location and the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was fabulous. My only complaint was that the elevators we're out of service one of the days."

Renaissance Seattle Hotel

"It took 20 minutes to cjeck in at 5:05 and our room was not ready. I was with a 86 year old woman having surgery in the morning. They put us in a room next door while getting our room ready. She laid down to rest and fell asleep, then i had to wake her up to be moved to our room. Terrible service."
