"Hotel was close to Hakata train station which was convenient. Room was very small and would not recommend especially being a big guy. Have to step up into the bathroom and to take a shower you have to step into the tub which is very deep, maybe 2 feet. Not good for elderly. Was not impressed with breakfast as food was cold and I might have gotten food poisoning. "

"The Four Points hotel was perfect! The staff were so kind and helpful. The location is good if you want to travel to Downtown Osaka, Kyoto and Uji. You also have the convenience of a 7-11 and Family Mart about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. And the train station is about a 5 minute walk. They also provide pajamas and lots of other toiletries that you may need, it was very convenient! Remember not to overpack! "

"Fantastic location close to Shin-Osaka station, only about 4 minutes away. Hotel room was great, clean, large enough for one person and had everything needed. TV was a little small but I didn't spend much time indoors so wasn't fussed. The toiletries are available in the lobby (toothbrush, razor etc) which seems to be the case in Japanese hotels."
