"Showed up at apartment and could not get in. Finally was able to find some help and was told that I was supposed to pick up key at another town. Go figure on why? I was told that an email was sent to me on directions for pickup - never saw email and no instructions regarding this on Expedia. Waited over an hour for someone to come with the key. Apartment clean and not bad, but bed was incredible uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on couch. "

"You needed to get the keys from different adress and there we got to know that we have to pay 180 zl more for cleaning. This all took a lot of time and check in was pretty late (3pm), although we were permitted to check in an hour earlier after doubletexting, still thanks for that! The apartment were pretty nice, modern and spacious! I liked the balcony and full equipped kitchen, also the sheets were very soft and clean! The dishes were a little unclean and dusty, needed to rinse them first....

"Oferta jest mało czytelna. Klucze odbiera w miejscu oddalonym od mieszkania o 15-20 minut samochodem zakorkowana droga, są dodatkowe opłaty 220 zł za sprzątanie i pościele oraz 300 zł kaucji. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia, kanapa jest bardzo brudna i podarta, okno w sypialni się nie domyka, rolety są brudne z uszkodzeniami.
